Construction of Tourist Accommodations –
Nea Kallikrateia

The project involves the construction of tourist accommodations in Nea Kallikrateia, with delivery of fully completed buildings on a "turnkey" basis.

The project includes:

• Construction of the load-bearing structure with reinforced concrete, according to an approved structural study

• Completion of masonry, plastering, and insulation works

• Installation of full electrical and plumbing networks, based on electromechanical studies

• Heating and cooling systems (underfloor heating, heat pumps, fan coils, etc.)

• Installation of frames, tiles, sanitary ware, and final coatings

• External landscaping and outdoor infrastructure (fencing, walkways, utilities)

The full issuance of the building permit and all required technical studies (architectural, structural, electromechanical) are undertaken. Delivery is in a fully completed state, ready for immediate use or further development.
